I am a freelance translator from Spanish to English, living just outside Barcelona. I also work as a proofreader, copy-editor and ad hoc interpreter. Before moving to Spain six years ago, I travelled widely, with highlights being Asia and South America; I was also lucky enough to visit “the ice” in Antarctica. I have worked as a business English teacher and tour guide, and in environmental education. All of this life experience helps a great deal in my work as a translator!
Soy traductora autónoma, de castellano a inglés, y vivo cerca de Barcelona. También trabajo en revisiones de texto y como interprete. Antes de venir a España hace seis años, viajaba por todo el mundo, en particular Asia y América del Sur; también tuve la suerte de visitar a Antartida.
